ANNA FUNK Peacefully in her sleep, on April 30, 2008, Anna passed away at the age of 87 years at Donwood Manor. She is survived by her children: Maria (Jacob) Wiens, Anna (Johan) Harder, Liesa (Peter) Sawatzky, Susan Funk, Wilhelm (Tina) Funk, Hermann (Else) Funk, Eva Harder, Jake (Else) Funk, Erika (Tony) Reimer, and Wilfried (Dora) Funk; 22 grandchildren, and 18 great-grandchildren. Anna was predeceased by her husband Jacob M. Funk, as well as one son, two daughters, three grandsons and one great-grandson. A visitation and Devotional will be held at Klassen Funeral Home, 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Sunday, May 4, 2008. The funeral service will take place on Monday, May 5, 2008, 10:30 a.m. at Springfield Heights Mennonite Church, 570 Sharron Bay.
